A Top 35 AM Law Firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join their Tier 1 ranked Employment & Labor Practice Group in San Francisco.
The firm was voted best law firm in Northern California 2024.
- The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years of experience in the following areas:Employment law compliance advice and counseling
- Preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment and personnel related contracts, policies;
- Litigation, specifically trade secrets and employee mobility, wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, whistleblower;
- Conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and aspects of purchase and merger agreements in the context corporate M&A transactions.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor
- Qualified candidates must be admitted to the California bar
The yearly salary range for this position is $300 000- $390 000
